Shapeablez and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the website, services, technology, and materials provided. This includes our proprietary printing processes, software, and documentation.
Licensing: By submitting your designs to Shapeablez, you grant us a limited license to use, copy, and modify your designs solely for the purpose of providing you with our 3D printing services.
We do not print items that are illegal, promote illegal activities, or violate any laws.
We do not print weapons, dangerous devices, or items intended to cause harm.
We do not print items that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to refuse printing with certain materials that pose safety or quality concerns.
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be provided before order confirmation and may vary based on material selection, complexity, and order volume.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Once printing begins, refunds may not be available except in cases of our error or defective workmanship.
Production times vary based on order complexity, material availability, and current workload. Estimated completion dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.
We strive to deliver the highest quality 3D prints. However, due to the nature of additive manufacturing, some variations in surface finish, color, and dimensional accuracy may occur.
We guarantee our work against defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
Note: Natural variations in 3D printing are expected. Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality are normal and not considered defects.
Shapeablez's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Shapeablez be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Shapeablez reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Continued Use: Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
